This page explains how articles on AI Plan Done are produced, how they are checked and what we do when something is wrong. We think readers should know how the content they read is made, so we describe the process as it actually works.
How our articles are produced
Articles on AI Plan Done are written and rewritten with the help of AI tools, working from topics and source material chosen for the site. AI helps us cover more topics, but it can get facts wrong, which is why we check published articles as described below and correct them when needed.
Human review
Not every article is reviewed by a person before it is published. Instead, our editorial reviewer, Sonny Haines, regularly spot-checks published articles — a selection made at random, plus any article a reader reports to us — and re-reviews them for:
- Accuracy — facts, figures, names and instructions are correct and current;
- Clarity — the article is easy to follow and actually answers the question it sets out to answer;
- Originality and usefulness — it adds something for the reader rather than repeating other pages;
- Safety and fairness — it does not give risky advice or present opinion as fact.
Articles that fall short are corrected, rewritten or removed.
Our standards
- Content is for general information and is not a substitute for professional advice (see our Disclaimer).
- We do not knowingly publish false or misleading information, and we fix errors once we know about them.
Advertising and sponsorship
We do not currently publish sponsored content, paid placements or affiliate links. If that changes, such content will be clearly labelled, and advertising will never decide what we write about or what our articles say.
Corrections and feedback
If you think an article is wrong, out of date or unclear, email [email protected] with the page address and what needs fixing. Reported articles are included in the next review, and we correct, update or remove them as needed.
