Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-10-22

This policy explains what information AI Plan Done ("we", "us"), the operator of aiplandone.com, processes when you use this website, and how we use, store and share it.

Summary

  • You can read our articles without an account. To use the AI tools, you sign in with Google.
  • If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive only your basic profile: your Google account ID, email address, name and profile picture.
  • We use this information only to sign you in and to count your free AI generations (3 per day). We store your Google account ID only in a scrambled (hashed) form.
  • When you sign in we set one cookie that keeps you signed in. It is strictly necessary for the sign-in and is not used for tracking or advertising.
  • We do not sell your information, do not use it for advertising and do not share it with anyone except as described below.
  • You can ask us to delete your account information at any time.

Signing in with Google

You can sign in with your Google account using the "Sign in with Google" button. When you do, Google shares the following information with us, and nothing else:

  • your Google account ID (a number that identifies your account),
  • your email address,
  • your name,
  • your profile picture.

We do not ask for access to your Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendar or any other Google service, and we cannot post or act on your behalf.

How we use it. We use your Google account ID and email address to recognise you when you sign in and to count how many AI generations you have used each day, so we can give each account its 3 free generations a day and prevent abuse. Your name and profile picture are shown only to you, in the page header, so you can see which account you are using.

Where it is stored. When you click "Sign in with Google", Google gives your browser a sign-in token, which is sent once to our server. Our server checks the token with Google and then signs you in with a session cookie (see Cookies); the Google token is not kept. On our servers we store:

  • your Google account ID in a scrambled (hashed) form that cannot be turned back into the ID and is different for every site we run,
  • your email address,
  • how many AI generations you used on each day,
  • your active sign-in sessions (a scrambled copy of the session cookie and when it expires).

We do not store your name, profile picture or the Google sign-in token on our servers. Your name and picture are kept only in your own browser (local storage) so the page header can show them, and are removed when you sign out.

How long we keep it. We keep your account information while you use the service. If you have not signed in or used the AI tools for 12 months, we delete your hashed account ID, email address, usage counts and sessions. Usage counts older than 90 days are deleted automatically. A session ends when you sign out or when it expires (30 days, renewed automatically while you keep using the site).

Sharing. We do not sell, rent or trade your Google user data. We do not share it with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising, to build profiles, or to train AI models. We may disclose it only if required by law.

Google API Services User Data Policy. AI Plan Done's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Signing out and deleting your data. Use "Sign out" in the page header to end your session on our server, remove the session cookie and clear your name and picture from this browser. To delete the information we store about your account, email [email protected] from the address you signed in with; we will delete it within 30 days. You can also remove AI Plan Done's access at any time in your Google Account settings.

Text you enter into the tools

When you click a generate button, the text you entered is sent to our server and then to a third-party AI model provider that writes your result. Do not enter passwords, payment details, health records or other sensitive personal information. We use this text only to generate your result. Our server records the time, the tool, your IP address and the length of the text — not the text itself — to enforce usage limits, prevent abuse and keep the service running. Your daily usage count is linked to your account as described above; the text you entered is not.

Saved results

Your recent results are stored in your browser's local storage on your own device so you can reopen them. They are not uploaded to our servers or linked to your Google account. You can delete them at any time with the "Clear all" button or by clearing your browser data.

Cookies

When you sign in, we set one first-party cookie on aiplandone.com that keeps you signed in. It contains a random value (not your email or Google account ID), cannot be read by scripts on the page (HttpOnly), is sent only over HTTPS and only to this site, and expires after 30 days (renewed automatically while you keep using the site) or when you sign out. Because it is strictly necessary for the sign-in you asked for, we do not ask for consent for it. We do not use cookies for advertising.

The "Sign in with Google" button is provided by Google and loaded from accounts.google.com; Google may use its own cookies for it under the Google Privacy Policy.

Server logs

Our servers record standard access logs (IP address, requested URL, date and time, browser user agent) for security and troubleshooting. These logs are kept for a limited period.

Analytics

We may use analytics services to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are visited. These services may use cookies. We will list them here when they are enabled.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Google accounts for children under 13 cannot be used to sign in.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. If we change how we use Google user data, we will update this page before the change takes effect.
